Returns
Since all orders at Braden Decor are fulfilled through cash-on-delivery, we encourage customers to check all product details carefully before placing an order. We accept returns only in the following cases:
- You received a damaged or defective product
- You received an incorrect item
To request a return, please contact us at our email address within 7 days of receiving your order. You may be asked to provide photos or proof of the issue for verification. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
Please note that:
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
Refunds
Refunds are processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected. Once approved, you will be notified by email.
Since we only offer cash-on-delivery, refunds will be issued either as a replacement item or store credit for future purchases.
